Today we have noticed that our AWS database was with some troubles to process write operations, this created a queue that impacted the waiting time for some requests. The incident was found at 14:30 UTC-0 and was solved at 17:00 UTC-0. Between the discovery and resolution the waiting time was gradually reducing.

Update -
We had an scaling issue with AWS, the issues are already resolved but the incident started at 20:15PM (UTC-0) and was solved as 21:20PM (UTC-0). Until all the pods were scaled it`s possible that some requests toked more than usual.
